Dinner ($40)  - 4 courses

Course 1 - Small Bites (Pick One)

-Firecracker or Teriyaki Tempura bites (chicken or shrimp)
-Bao Bun - single steamed bun with tempura protein and pickled slaw, vegetables, choice of sauce

Course 2 - The Soup Course

-Dumplings in Broth: 3 chicken teriyaki, pork Soupy or bok choy dumplings in broth with bok choy

Course 3 - Signature Dumpling Platter (8 PC)
-2x Waygu, 2x Korean BBQ, 2x kung Pao, 2x Philly Cheese steak, served with a side of hibachi noodles and dipping sauces

Course 4 - Dessert
-Apple Pie Dumplings - crispy dessert dumplings with cinnamon and caramel
