In accordance with our Bylaws, QVNA’s Board of Directors govern the business of the association and convenes a minimum of eight meetings in a calendar year. No meetings are scheduled in July and August. Board meeting minutes provide a general review of board discussions and reflect a record of motions, votes, and abstentions. The following minutes have been approved by Board vote:
