Community Meeting Regarding By-Right Sidewalk Cafes

Councilmember Rue Landau is proposing zoning legislation to allow sidewalk cafés to be permitted by right within the South Street Headhouse District.

This change would no longer require business owners to meet with the community before moving forward with their application.

Community members are invited to a public meeting to learn about the proposed changes and ask questions.
