Dogs and all pets of all sorts are invited to attend St.

Peter's Church with their humans to receive a blessing on the first Sunday in October. On this day, people worldwide celebrate the feast day of Saint Francis of Assisi, remembered for his love of all creatures, great and small. After the service, pets will receive a blessing outdoors (weather permitting) on the east end of the churchyard. If you'd like to attend just for the blessing, please arrive around 12:15 pm.
