Balls and Bubbles is an annual event started in July 2023 by Police Officer Lynneice Hill-Smith (#2390) to support the youth in our community. Officer Hill-Smith tragically passed away in the line of duty on July 14, 2023. She was passionate about giving young people positive outlets, especially through simple joys like sports and bubbles. To carry on her legacy, we’re collecting donations of sports balls and bubbles. Please drop off items at any designated location! Your support helps keep her mission alive.
