Public Zoning Mtg: 526 South Street (Downey’s building)

A zoning variance is requested for relocation of the lot line to combine 109-11 South St and 526 S. Front St for the complete demolition of the existing structures and for the erection of an attached structure with cellar and accessory roof deck.  See the 526 S FRONT ST ZBA REFUSAL
