Taxes Committee
The QVNA Taxes Committee seeks to understand all issues relating to the city’s taxes and their impact on the residents of our neighborhood.
The Board of Revision of Taxes (BRT), is currently changing the method of how they will calculate real estate taxes. They are currently reassessing every property to today’s full market value. This could lead to devastating increases in our yearly real estate tax bills (as much as 100-300%).The QVNA Taxes Committee will research all the facts concerning our real estate taxes, and bring this information to the entire community.
