Potential Changes in Property Taxes

The Board of Revision of Taxes (BRT), under Chairman David Glancey, is currently changing the method of how they will calculate real estate taxes. They are currently reassessing every property to today’s full market value. This could lead to devastating increases in our yearly real estate tax bills (as much as 100-300%).

QVNA has formed this Committee to research all the facts concerning our real estate taxes, and to bring this information to the entire Community. Everyone is encouraged to participate.
