The QVNA Strategic Planning Committee serves to help assess, understand, and communicate the needs of residents to create and document a long-term vision of Queen Village.  As Queen Village continues to be one of the most thriving and desirable neighborhoods in the city, it is increasingly important to take a strategic approach to ensure that the needs of residents are addressed and the history, character, and charm of the neighborhood remain.

Recent activities include a comprehensive survey of community needs, resulting in a comprehensive report showing the most critical issues facing the neighborhood. This report will serve as the basis for the creation of a strategic plan for Queen Village.
